At PlayCash, we value and respect the privacy as well as the security and protection of people who use our websites, applications, extensions, or services, including the blockchain currency management software that is downloadable from the website (the “Websites”), and any services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”). To the extent permitted under the applicable law, we may collect certain types of information automatically, such as whenever you interact with the Websites or use the Services. I. Purpose

Our main goal in gathering personal information about you is to give you a safe, comfortable, effective, and personalized experience. Generally speaking, we use personal data to design, develop, run, provide, and enhance our Services. We might employ information about you to:

1.) Dispense the services of PlayCash. To offer you the Services, we process your personal data. We need details like your identity and payment information, for instance, when you fund your PlayCash account. Without such information, we will not be able to provide you with Service. When offering identity verification and/or fraud prevention services, third parties like identity verification services may also access and/or collect your personal data.

2.) Ensure that all laws and regulations are followed. For instance, in order to abide by various jurisdictions’ anti-money laundering laws, PlayCash must identify and verify customers using our Services. II. Access and Correction Rights

You may be charged with a reasonable administrative fee for our processing of such a request.

III. Cookies and Other Similar Tracking Technologies

We and third parties acting on our behalf may use different tracking technologies, including cookies and other similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”), to automatically collect additional Personal data as you interact with our services in order to better manage content on our service and to personalize your experience with it.

V. Storing your Personal Data

We maintain appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data both during transmission and at rest (and contractually require third parties with whom we share your personal data to maintain such safeguards).
