PlayCash users should receive their NFTs straight to their indicated wallet address within a few minutes.
Successful payments are processed even when the user’s bank/e-wallet goes on maintenance right after.

We try our best to fulfill the promise of a great user experience. However, network issues are outside of our control. In such rare instances, the only option is to patiently wait until the network comes back online and assess the situation thereafter.
