Cash-Out
When cashing out, PlayCash will ask for a code that confirms and verifies that you’ve successfully sent your tokens to our account. Think of your transaction ID as a receipt for the transfer you just made. And as with any other receipt, there will always be a unique code (a string of numbers and letters) that will refer to your transaction. Though these receipts might differ in format, you will always find a transaction ID for it.

If the sent tokens have already been processed by PlayCash, the cash-out is pushed through within 1-3 business days after the maintenance period. If you have not received your cash-out please email us via: help@playcash.finance
If the sent tokens have not been processed by PlayCash, the tokens are refunded back to the user. If you have not received your token refund, please email us via: help@playcash.finance
We try our best to fulfill the promise of a great user experience. However, network issues are outside of our control. In such rare instances, we would void the transaction and your crypto will be refunded back to you. If not, please reach us via: help@playcash.finance so we can resolve immediately.

Once your crypto has already been processed, cash will be automatically pushed to the receiver’s cash-out details. At that point, it is deemed a successful transaction and refunds will no longer be entertained. Should the transaction fail, please send us a ticket via email at: help@playcash.finance
