PlayCash wants to make crypto accessible for everyone so we made sure to include e-wallets, bank accounts, debit/credit cards, and even over-the-counter channels for our cash-in. See our list of accepted payment methods for buying crypto here .
As advised during the transaction, errors in receiving wallet address or network will result in unretrievable transactions. If you have accidentally sent it to a different e-wallet or bank, please coordinate with the account holder to resolve your issue.

PlayCash allows a maximum amount per transaction depending on the method of payment.

Cards and Atome: less than ₱ 10,000,000.00
E-wallets: up to ₱ 100,000.00
Online Banking via UBP: up to ₱ 100,000.00
Online Banking via BPI: up to ₱50,000.00*

Users may cash-in as many times as they want.

PlayCash users should receive their purchased crypto tokens almost instantly.
Successful payments are processed even when the user’s bank/e-wallet goes on maintenance right after. For any concerns, please reach out to help@playcash.finance

We try our best to fulfill the promise of a great user experience. However, network issues are outside of our control. In such rare instances, we would void the transaction and your fiat will be refunded back to you if it has not been processed yet. If tokens have not been processed, your cash will be refunded back immediately; and the user will be asked to try the cash-in process again.
